Very beautiful , well made and refined piece. although it is 12cm, the facial features I find to be a bit small when taking into account placing it with Fontanini or Depose figures (either are not true to scale but mostly the standards used for Nativities). The will blend in nicely in the 3,4 & 5inch figures. The attention to detail is superb and the craftsmanship amazing. Arrived well packaged. While I understand this piece is expensive, the nature of it is well worth it. It is all hand carved, painted and detailed. This is for sure an heirloom. Moors aren't easy to find no matter what size figures you look for, and if you find them ; they're out of a mold meaning they all look and feel pretty much the same. This figure is definitely unique and sophisticated, very well worth its price, and you will enjoy it for generations to come... the true Italian and European traditions passed on from generation to generation...how lovely is this?
