They had the tapestry of St. Carlos Acutis that I had been looking for as a birthday gift and it was delivered very quickly and well packaged. Initially I had an issue with a mother Mary statue that was delivered (A hand was broken off). The customer service was absolutely amazing and truly helpful. They sent me another one, which was within their guarantee and did not even charge me for delivery. Unfortunately, it would appear the delivery company does not handle the products well, so the same issue if a broken hand happened. They then fully refunded me. This kind of service can’t be seen anywhere else. They truly are ethical, and genuine people. May I also add. The quality of the our lady of sorrows statue was absolutely amazing. It was and is stunning. In all my experience as a shopper on all kinds of online commerce sites, never have I ever dealt with one that had such great customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend shopping here, for their quality, kindness, and brilliant service!
