Larga espera a veces, pero calidad excelente
El pedido tardó tiempo en llegar, tal y como me avisaron. El servicio al cliente también es excelente. Responden los correos muy rápido y me informan con precisión del tiempo de espera. Pero mereció mucho la espera siempre. El copón es precioso y parece de una calidad excelente y eso que tenía el precio más barato que pude comparar con tiendas físicas y otras web. Cruces de sacerdote que no se encuentran en España con una calidad excelente que merece el precio. He regalado varias y sé que son para toda la vida. No se separa el Cristo de la cruz como otras que había comprado en España. Siempre que compro en holyart sé que compro calidad!

I bought a Ciborium and a Chalice. The Chalice arrived perfectly; however, the Ciborium had a defect. Nevertheless, they were extremely kind and attentive, and they are going to send me a new one despite my having taken some time to make the claim. I haven't received it yet. If anything changes, I will make sure to update this. I am extremely satisfied with their way of doing things, especially given that it is not like buying a t-shirt; it is worth money.

I have been putting together a Fontanini set for years now for my granddaughter. I only have the old ones from 1983 and with the spider web. I have never been able to find accessories to complete it. The ones available now are from China and tacky. Ie came across this site by accident and could not believe what they were offering for the village. I took a chance and ordered half of what I wanted to see what they were like. Came yesterday and I am ecstatic. They are wonderful. Quality etc is above what I expected. I will now place an order for the items remaining on my list. OH! and shipping was quick. The only complaint I have is that I DID NOT GET THE 20% off for the first order, i tried to get it but was told too late order was placed.

I have been using Holyart to buy devotional statues and they're brilliant. The prices are very reasonable for Val Gardena wood and the lack of customs fees really sweetens the deal. I have had a couple of issues with breakages but nothing drastic like a hand or a foot, it was all easy to fix like haloes. The packaging is good and mostly recyclable, and delivery is relatively fast from Italy to the UK. I will be a repeat customer for years to come. Thank you HolyArt

I ordered two more Liturgy of the Hours bonded Leather Book Covers for Christmas gifts after I had ordered one for myself last year. My only complaint is that the pricing varies wildly for the Puig Barcelona nativity scene depending on the colors. I saw there was one listed for $50 US dollars cheaper right after I purchased it. Perhaps this site uses many vendors? Fortunately there were no surprise Trump tariffs bills added. The price included all customs and tariffs.
